State Center Engineers won SAIL Gold Medal

Engineers of Jharkhand State Centre Er. A.K. Saxena, Er. R.C. Khowala, Dr. P.K. Chatterjee along with Dr. Subir Bhattacharya won the SAIL gold Medal for the year 2007 for their paper. The medal was awarded in the Engineering congress held at Udaipur in December 07.  

New Vice President of The Institution of Engineers (India) - Dr. AK Chatterjee

Dr. A.K. Chatterjee (Past Chairman of  Jharkhand State Center) has been nominated as Vice - President of The Institution of Engineers (India) for the term 2006-07. 

Er. A.P. Roy Felicitated by ISHRAE

Er. A.P. Roy (Past Chairman of  Jharkhand State Center) has been felicitated by ISHRAE (Indian Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning  Engineers) on the occasion of its Silver Jubilee Celebrations in the year 2007. Er. A.P. Roy is felicitated for his outstanding contribution in the fields of Air-conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation and Heating.    

AMIE Section ‘B’ Exams now in Ranchi 

Engineering Students and professional in Ranchi now have something to cheer about. The Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (AMIE) Section B examinations will now be held in Ranchi also. Diploma and polytechnic engineering students and professionals in Ranchi has no more to travel to other places for appearing in the exams. This is an achievment of the Jharkhand State Center, the Youngest State Center of the Institution.
